The product was fine. The customer service from Johnson's was the problem. The first shipment, 1 brake drum was fine, 1 had a chunk missing. The second shipment was the wrong bolt pattern. After I returned this, I was promised that I would get a good one. The third shipment was the original drum with the chunk missing (which should have been thrown away and not put back on the shelf.) The fourth one was fine. Good job!
