This MaxxFan Plus model features a 10-speed, reversible 12" 10-blade fan that can operate in both intake and exhaust modes, moving more than 900 CFM on high. The remote-controlled, electric-opening lid allows convenient operation from inside the RV, while the built-in rain sensor automatically closes the lid when rain is detected. The fan can also run with the lid closed in ceiling-fan mode to circulate air throughout the interior.
